The Veterans Health and Wellness Foundation is dedicated to establishing, educating, and upholding networks of resources that target the diverse health needs of Veteran communities nationwide. Our goal is to enable Veterans and their families to lead healthy lives free from the burdens of their service-related health challenges. We are steadfast in our commitment to tackling the systemic health disparities affecting Veterans. The “Salute to Heroes” Gala serves as a platform for us to extend our impact through education, benefits navigation and resource connection.
